The Hand lens
Hand lenses enlarge the image of specimens.
How to use a hand lens
Procedure
- Hold the specimen with one hand or place it on a flat surface.
- Use the other hand to hold the hand lens above the specimen
- View the specimen through the glass lens and move the magnifying glass near to or away from the specimen till a clear enlarged image of the specimen is observed.
